What We're Learning This Unit

Dear Parents and Guardians,
This unit we are working with Exponents. Students will discover patterns of how integer exponents work and find equivalent expressions for expanded versions of the same number. We will then move into Scientific Notation and understanding how to convert and work with very large and very small numbers. Be sure to work with your student on Delta Math to explore this skill further.
