Once a student has finished the playposit students MUST click this finish and exit button or it does NOT send the assignment to me.

How to find missing assignments in TEAMS:

If you click on the assignment in skyward the title shown here is the name of the TEAMs assignment where that information can be found within teams. Hopefully, this is helpful when students need to find any assignments they are missing.

Then click view assignment — **Anything marked as 0 & missing in skyward is still eligible to be made up. Anything marked * & missing has not been graded yet. Anything that is 0 & NOT marked as missing is that true grade ineligible to be made up. All assignments are available on TEAMS & all handouts are available in the classroom handout crate.

Read and follow the instructions and use any links provided.

Late/Missing/Absent work turn in policy

Turn the assignment in – then click “Turn in” or "Turn in again" on the assignment within TEAMs. This will send me a notification in which I will be updating late work only 1 day a week (usually a Friday). If the assignment is not turned in before that Friday, I will grade and update it on the following week’s late work.

How to check the Cumulative Score on Study island:

Click on the tab "My Reports" then click on the correct Program and Subject in the picture here. Then click View Report.

To be considered "complete" you must have 1. a Y in the "Lesson" Column 2. A "Y" in the "flashcard" column and 3. A MINIMUM 80% in the "Cumulative score" column by the due date (1 week and 3 grit pull days, from the assigned date.)

How to log into your textbook online

1. Go through Clever and choose the Pearson/Savvas icon

2. Click on your Science Textbook

3. You will have a screen come up saying you have no assignments. You will then need to click on the science program under my programs on the right hand side of the screen

4. Then click on etext in the upper right corner

5. Click on the textbook link then "open in a new window"

6. Once you have the etext opened in a new window you can use the Table of contents to easily navigate to the pages you need
