HELP WITH STUDENT USERNAMES

Students needing assistance with their RCS username or email address should contact their advisory teacher.  

 

HELP WITH STUDENT PASSWORDS

 

All 6-12 Students must complete this sign-up process before they can log in to anything Microsoft-related including Clever. 

    • Microsoft Self-Service Password Registration 
 
Help with Resetting your RCS password 
  • After the 6-12 student completes the registration process, they can use the following link http://aka.ms/sspr or click on "Can't access your account?" on the sign-on page to reset or unlock your account from any device.

ASSIGNMENT HELP

If the student has a problem with accessing or completing an assignment, contact the teacher who made the assignment.

CLEVER HELP

  • Students must use their full student email address when logging into Clever along with their RCS password
  • RCS student email addresses should be in the following format.
    [email protected]
  • For help with RCS passwords, please see the "Help with Student Passwords" section above.
  • Try clearing the web browser cache/history. Click HERE for directions.
  • After completing the steps above, if the student has problems with accessing his/her Clever page, please email [email protected]
