Tryout Information for the 2024 Girls Soccer Season
Sign ups are now open for the 2024-2025 season!
Please sign up on the sign up link provided on our webpage under the tab labeled:
"Sign Ups for 2024-2025 BMS Girls Soccer Tryouts!"
and follow all necessary steps below.
MUST HAVE Final Forms Information for Tryouts:
- You must download and fill out the Final Forms packet then upload it to Finalforms.com to tryout.
- Your Final Forms packet and physical will only be submitted digitally for tryouts (no packets or physicals in hand).
- You MUST have your Final Forms packet uploaded correctly and 100% to Finalforms.com before June 1st. (If you do not have it 100% uploaded or it is filled out incorrectly your child will not be able to tryout.)
- To access the Final Forms packet find it under the tab labeled “Digital Final Forms Physical/Tryout Packet"
- Deadline to sign up for tryouts and upload your Final Forms packet 100% correctly to Finalforms.com is June 1st NO ACCEPTIONS!!
- Remember when uploading your Final Forms papers you can not use ones from last year. (All documents must be dated for 2024-2025.)
- You will need an up to date physical dated on or after April 15th, 2024 uploaded to Finalforms.com to try out. (An old 2023 physical will not be accepted or anything before 4-15-24.)
- Tryouts are closed tryouts, parents/siblings are not allowed to stay.

Tryouts will be held on July 9th, 10th, and 11th from 8:00am-10:00am at the BMS soccer field.
A mandatory player/parent meeting will follow for those who made the team on the 12th from 6-7pm in the BMS Annex Gym.
- Completed up to date sports physical (dated on or after April 15, 2024) this will go on Finalforms.com.
- Completed Final Forms packet uploaded correctly 100% to Finalforms.com before June 1st.
- Personal soccer ball
- Personal water (bring plenty)
- Cleats
- Shinguards
