Hello and welcome to Blackman Middle School’s Structured Setting!

My name is Kristynn Ammerman, and I’m proud to have been teaching here at BMS for the past 14 years. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education in 2008 and completed my Master’s in Special Education at Middle Tennessee State University in 2012.

Working with students who have unique learning styles and abilities is truly my passion. My goal is to support and challenge each of my students to reach their fullest potential—academically, socially, and personally.
