PLEASE NOTE: Your student-athlete will not be able to step on the court unless they have a Physical Packet, dated after April 15, 2026, completed and signed by a doctor. This is RCS Policy and is Non-Negotiable. ALL forms and other documents must be uploaded online and be 100% complete on Final Forms BEFORE try outs. Click on the Final Forms link to the right for more info. If the packet is incorrectly completed, your student-athlete will not be allowed to try out.
